Sisterhood Circles

You Don’t Have to Hold It All Alone

A space to set it down. To be witnessed. To remember you were never meant to do this alone.

You know that feeling

when the weeks blur into each other — and suddenly a month has passed and you realize you haven’t had a single conversation that actually went beneath the surface? Not because the people around you don’t love you. They do. But there are things we carry that are hard to bring to our friendships. Hard to bring to our families. The things we don’t want to worry anyone with. The feelings we’ve been sitting with so long we’ve started to wonder if we are the only one. We are not the only one. We never were.

WHAT THE SISTERHOOD CIRCLE IS

Two Hours. Small Group. Real Conversation. The kind that actually goes somewhere. We’re not here to fix each other. We’re here to witness each other. And there’s a difference.

This Circle Is for You If...

  • You're craving connection that goes deeper than small talk
  • You've been quietly struggling and haven't found the right space to say it out loud
  • Life feels full and you haven't taken a real breath for yourself in longer than you'd like to admit
  • You're doing well and want to be surrounded by women who are growing, too
  • You simply want to be witnessed - without advice or someone trying to fix you
  • You want to come and just listen, and that's enough Come as you are.

Whether life feels heavy, you're quietly struggling, or you're simply craving real connection - there is a place for you here.

This is a space where you can:

  • Set down the weight you’ve been carrying
  • Share — or simply witness — without judgment
  • Feel seen, heard and supported
  • Remember that strength doesn’t mean doing it all alone

Something happens in a room full of women who have made a silent agreement to be honest with each other. Something that is very difficult to find anywhere else. A particular kind of relief. A particular kind of being seen. The realization that the thing you thought made you strange — or broken, or too much — is actually one of the most universal things in the room. That is what the circle gives you. Not advice. Not solutions. Not someone telling you what to do. Just the profound, quietly life-changing experience of feeling genuinely less alone. Women drive over an hour each way to be here every month. Because once you feel it, you understand why.

Why I Created This Space

When I was really struggling mentally in 2015 and 2016, I carried so much silently. Not because I didn't want support - but because I truly believed I should be able to handle it alone. Plus I didn't want people to think any differently of me. Classic response for being a people pleaser and struggling with worthiness.

We are taught that not only were we supposed to put everyone else's needs before our own, but that we were not to share our feelings or unload our challenges on someone else.

"It was not our fault. But it is exhausting, isn't it? To carry so much and feel like you have to do it all alone."

That's exactly why I created these Sisterhood Circles. Because I know what it feels like to carry it alone - and I know what it feels like when you finally don't have to. I am honoured to hold and facilitate this space. Every single month, it reminds me why I keep showing up.

💜 Come As You Are 💜

There Is Nothing You Need to Prepare

You don't need to have it together. You don't need to know what you want to say. You don't even need to say anything at all. Each circle holds space for wherever you are - what you're actively feeling, what you're moving through, what you've been carrying quietly. There is no performance here. No right way to show up.

 Here's how it works:

đź’ś I opens the circle and introduces the monthly theme

💜 The space is held for open sharing - you're warmly encouraged to participate, but you never have to

💜 You can share. You can witness. You can listen. All of it is welcome.

đź’ś There is time for questions and reflection at the end Some women come and speak from the heart.

💜A New Theme Every Month Each circle is built around a theme I  chooses with care - based on what I'm is sensing women need most in that season.

Some come and sit in the quiet company of others and that is exactly enough. Whatever you need from this space, this space will hold it.
