Conscious Connected BreathworkÂ
Come back to yourself. One breath at a time.Â
You know what it feels like to be far from yourself. Running on empty. Going through the motions. Holding it together on the outside while something quieter inside waits to be heard. You have not lost yourself. You have just been away for a while. Breathwork is how you find your way back.
What Is Conscious Connected Breathwork?
It is a cyclical breathing practice where you intentionally connect each inhale directly to each exhale, with no pause in between.
That simple rhythm does something profound.
As the breath flows continuously through the body, it floods your system with oxygen and energy, creating a powerful opening, physically, emotionally, and energetically. Layers that have built up over months, or years, begin to soften. Things you have been carrying without realizing it start to move.
Old memories, emotions, or experiences may rise to the surface. That is not something to fear. That is your body doing exactly what it was designed to do when it finally feels safe enough to let go.
You do not have to figure anything out. You do not have to say the right thing or understand what is coming up.
You just have to breathe. Every session is held with intentional care, so that you feel supported, seen, and never alone in what arises
This Is for You
No experience necessary.
Come if you have been feeling disconnected from yourself, your body, or your life.
• You are exhausted in a way that sleep does not fix
• You have been doing the talking and you are ready to feel something actually shift
• You are carrying grief, anxiety, or stress that has nowhere to go
• You are in the middle of a transition and need space to breathe through it
• You have been living from the neck up and your body is asking to be remembered
• You want to feel more like yourself again, and you are not quite sure who that is anymore
This is not about doing it right. There is no right. There is only your breath, and what it has been waiting to show you.
What Breathwork Can Do
 People arrive for many reasons.
What they find is often more than they expected. When you come back to your breath, you come back to yourself. And when you come back to yourself, things start to shift.
• Emotions that have been stored in the body begin to release
• The nervous system settles. Anxiety softens. The tight grip loosens.
• Clarity arrives where there has been fog for a long time
• Grief finds a pathway forward that words alone could not open
• A deep sense of peace, presence, and aliveness becomes available
• You remember, even briefly, what it feels like to be fully in your body Some people cry.
Some people laugh. Some people feel nothing at first, and then everything at once. All of it is welcome. All of it belongs.
Upcoming Breathwork Sessions
Sessions are held monthly at The Yurt in Kitchener-Waterloo, with a virtual option available. Space is intentionally limited.
What Others Are Saying
Real words from real women who showed up and let themselves breathe.
That was such a great experience last night! We have been talking about it ever since we left. We talked about how we felt and the things we were envisioning. It was very cool. I have been emotional off and on since then — but in a good way — and I feel lighter and more happy and relaxed. We both said we would definitely do it again. Thank you so much for having us. You really did make us both feel safe and loved. Such an amazing experience!
— A Recent Participant
I had the pleasure of experiencing Kim leading us through breathwork at a retreat recently. She created a safe, warm and welcoming space for us to get comfortable as she explained what guiding us would look like. I had no expectations but what happened was so powerful. The music she chose brought strong and supportive feminine energy. Very quickly I felt the shift and a huge release. Kim supported me through the many times I felt these emotions coming up through the journey. I have experienced many modalities — however in that moment Kim's guidance was something so special. It took me to a place I hadn't felt in a very long time, leaving me lighter with a full heart and surrounded in support.

What to Expect in a Session
You will arrive, settle in, and be guided into the breath at your own pace. There is no rush. There is no performance. Sessions run approximately 90 minutes, including time to arrive, breathe, and land gently back in the room. Kim holds the space with care and experience so you can stop managing and simply be. Your only job is to breathe. Afterwards, there is time to integrate, journal, or simply sit with whatever came. You are never rushed out the door. The coming back to yourself does not stop when the breath does

Hi, I'm Kim
I know what it feels like to be far from yourself. I lived there for a long time. Fitness has been part of my life since I was twelve years old. I became an instructor, then a personal trainer, and I poured myself into that work. Buried myself in it, really. The external praise, the busyness, the constant motion — it all became a way to avoid what was actually happening inside me.
What was happening inside me was not fine. Four to six hours of broken sleep every night. Body hives. Challenges in my marriage. And through all of it — a smile. My smile was packed in my gym bag each day. I was known for it.
I left my job in 2016 to begin my healing journey. Looking back, it was the hardest season of my life. And I have not one regret. What followed was not a clean arc or a tidy transformation. It was slow. It was honest. It was learning to stop performing and start feeling. Learning to listen to my body again — not as something to manage or push through, but as something wise. Something that had been trying to get my attention for years.
Breathwork found me somewhere in that journey. And it gave me something I did not know I had been missing: a way back into myself. Not through thinking or figuring or talking it through — but through breath. Through the body. Through simply being present long enough to feel what was real.
