✨ About Your Breathwork Session on Sunday January 4th, 7pm - 8:30pm 

I’m honoured to offer this breathwork session at no cost as I begin my journey as a certified facilitator. This is my way of connecting with beautiful souls like you while deepening my own practice — and I’m so grateful to share this space with you.

This Breathwork practice is a form of Conscious Connected Breathwork, where each inhale flows seamlessly into the exhale, with no pauses in between. This continuous, intentional breathing nourishes the body with oxygen and energy, supporting both physical well-being and emotional release. It’s a safe and powerful way to connect deeply with your body and mind.

During the session, emotions, memories or experiences held in the body may surface — past pain, trauma or stored experiences. I prioritize creating a safe, compassionate, and supportive space, allowing you to move through whatever arises with care, understanding, and gentle guidance.

I invite you to give yourself permission to release the things that are holding you back in all areas of your life.

Everyone experiences breathwork differently — some cry, some laugh, some feel calm or spacious, some gain insight and some simply rest deeply. There’s no right or wrong way to move through the session. Your breath will guide you.

📍 Location
The Yurt
508 Duke Street, Kitchener

Ample parking located on one side of the street. Come in through the gate and make your way towards the yurt, we will be waiting for you. 

Please arrive about 10 minutes early so we can settle in and begin on time.

🌀 What to Expect
Our time together will flow like this:

  • A gentle arrival and grounding

  • Intention setting

  • Light breath and body awareness to help you become present and connected

  • A Conscious Connected Breathwork journey (~40 minutes approx) — immersive, powerful and deeply supportive

  • Time afterward to land, integrate, and gently come back in community with one another.

🛡️ Safety First
Your safety is my top priority. This work may bring up physical sensations (tingling, cramping, shaking, temperature changes) and emotional release (tears, laughter, stillness) — all of this is normal. You are always in choice and can soften or adjust your breath at any time.

🎒 What to Bring

  • A yoga mat & water bottle

  • A personal pillow if you like and eye mask (blankets are provided)

  • Anything else that helps you feel comfortable and supported

  • Wear cozy, comfortable layers

🍽️ Before You Arrive

  • Avoid heavy meals within 3 hours of the session

  • Stay well hydrated

  • Come exactly as you are — no other preparation needed

I will also send a reminder before your session so you can show up fully present and relaxed.
